What began as a two-channel ERP sync became a 30+ marketplace omnichannel operation on Tibura Xtend — products, inventory, orders and fulfillment through one hub, processing 1,000+ orders a day.

The challenge

Concept One Accessories is a leading accessories and lifestyle company managing multiple brands and marketplace channels across North America. It first approached Tibura with a specific need: synchronize marketplace transactions with its existing back-office ERP. At the time, operations centered on two marketplace brands — Full Luggage and Danielle Nicole.

The growth strategy depended on expanding into new marketplace channels — but every marketplace brought its own APIs, product formats, inventory requirements, order workflows and fulfillment expectations. Managing those integrations one by one would have multiplied complexity, slowed onboarding and made inventory accuracy and order visibility hard to maintain. The business needed a platform to centralize marketplace operations, synchronize products and inventory, consolidate orders, automate fulfillment and support rapid expansion.

What we did

In discovery, Tibura worked with business and operational stakeholders to map the complete commerce lifecycle. The objective was not simply to connect marketplaces — it was to build a scalable commerce-integration foundation that could support future growth without adding operational overhead.

Rather than brittle point-to-point integrations, Tibura deployed Tibura Xtend as the central hub — the operational bridge between marketplaces, ERP, fulfillment providers and business users — built around a unified commerce model that standardizes marketplace transactions while letting teams manage every channel from one system.
